Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed, packed, or shipped.

Once your order has been packed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for guidance on how to proceed.

Please include the following details in your request:

  • Order number

  • Reason for cancellation

Our team will review your order status and inform you if the cancellation is possible.


Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If your cancellation request is approved, a refund will be issued via your original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Exceptions

We may reject a cancellation request if:

  • The order has already been processed, packed, or shipped.

  • The request is made after the allowed 24-hour cancellation period.
