At PURS & PAWS SDN. BHD., we are committed to offering quality pet products — including pet food, bowls, clothes, toys, litter, and décor — designed to keep your pets happy and comfortable.
We carefully inspect and pack every item before shipping to ensure customer satisfaction. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair return and refund policy for your peace of mind.
Return & Refund Policy (Within 30 Days)
We accept returns and refund requests within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Items must be in resellable condition.

A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

Return requests must be submitted via email to purs_paws@outlook.com within the 30-day period.
Once your returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy (Within 12 Hours)
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
To cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately at purs_paws@outlook.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. In that case, you may proceed with a return request after receiving your order.
Exceptions

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be covered by us.

We do not accept returns for items that have been used, damaged after delivery, customized, or are not in their original condition or packaging.

Items purchased during promotional sales or clearance may not be eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
