  • “Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • “Service” refers to PURS & PAWS SDN. BHD., accessible from https://purspaws.com.my.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within Malaysia only. Orders placed from outside Malaysia will not be processed.

Our shipping coverage includes Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. We aim to deliver our products safely and efficiently to customers across all regions.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery destination. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our website or during checkout.

There are no hidden charges or additional handling fees.


Processing & Delivery Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information (if applicable), allowing you to track your delivery status.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier performance. Delays may occur during public holidays, peak seasons, or unforeseen logistics issues.


Delivery Methods

Delivery Issues & Reattempts

If delivery is unsuccessful due to recipient unavailability, restricted access, or incorrect address, our courier partners may reattempt delivery or contact you directly to arrange an alternative time.

If the Goods are returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
